At The Java Station Roastery, Our coffee beans are subjected to different levels of roasting to bring out the best flavor and body of each region to guarantee the freshest roasted coffee in the Southwest. Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we carry exotic, organic, fair trade, shade grown coffee's, and more. "Our mission is to please the palate of the public". Pamper yourself by enjoying the freshest coffee you can drink. As always the best coffee is the one you make at home.

All Orders are roasted, packaged and shipped the same day of receiving your payment.
Coffee beans are packaged in a bag with a one - way valve, This lets out the natural gas of the bean after roasting so you receive your coffee at it's peak of flavor and freshness.

Assam Tea

Assam tea has a nice tippy leaf with a solid, smooth cup and a malty, sweet flavor. This tea has a dark, golden infusion. Nothing beats a cup of Assam tea in the morning with breakfast! Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6oz cup,
heat water to a rolling boil, steep for 4 min.

This tea is very aromatic. It has sweet, fruity notes and is very well balanced. Use 1 level tsp. per 6oz cup, heat water to a rolling boil, steep for 3 min.

Lapsang Souchong Tea

This organically grown Lapsang is smooth, full bodied, The leaves of this tea are dried with pinewood in China, producing a strong smoky taste and aroma. Great for enhancing smoky flavor BBQ's and grilling or even in your oven. Use 1.5 tsp. per 6oz cup,heat water to a rolling boil, steep for 4 min.

Oolong Ti Kuan Yin Tea

Oolong Ti Kuan Yin tea is known as partially fermented tea. This Oolong from China is still handmade according to the traditional manufacturing process. It is full-bodied with a smooth flavor and a fruity, sweet aroma. This Oolong carries the much appreciated "orchid" flavor. Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6oz cup, heat water until steaming ( Not Boiling ), steep for 2 min.

Pu-erh Tea

A Yunan based large leaf variety of the Camilla Sinensis, Medium bodied bold leaf tea with a flowery and earthy flavor. Studies seem to underline their effectiveness in lowering cholesterol and reducing body weight.

Honeybush Tea

Pure Rooibos tea is made from the south African “Red Bush." This tea is caffeine free and rich in essential minerals. This blend combines the positive characteristics of several well respected teas to achieve a well-balanced blend. It is a hearty combination of quality Assam, Nilgeri and China Black tea. Chai Tea

This blend of black teas from India has cinnamon, ginger, vanilla and cardamom. It can be enjoyed hot or chilled. It is excellent with hot steamed milk, Use 2 heaping tsp per 6oz cup , brew strong, heat water to a rolling boil, steep for 5 min. add to hot milk as a Classic Chai Latte. To brew wthout milk , Use 1 level tsp. per 6oz cup heat water to a rolling boil, steep for 5 min.
